Booking Office 1869, operated by St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel is on the lookout for individuals to join our curious, passionate and exciting new drinking and dining destination in the heart of King's Cross. Our menus have been conceived under the culinary direction of Patrick Powell with a complementary cocktail offering conceptualised by the bar team.  A reimagining of the station's original, 19th century ticket hall, celebrated French designer Hugo Toro has created a Victorian-style Winter Garden, showcasing a visual dialogue with the space's extraordinary heritage.
